I took a hiatus from lifting for a little while and helped my girl train for the Team USA tryouts in late February. Got back into lifting but not nearly as frequently as I would like. Its become too easy to get home from work and veg on the couch, or get involved with school work.
Excuses are easy, but tryouts are a few months away. Time to change mindsets and realize why I wanted to put in the effort this offseason. Semifinals was nice, but...
